PARDUBICE WINE HALF-MARATHON 2010
international running event through the city streets under the auspices of the Mayor of Pardubice city

Saturday, April 17th 2010 from 9.30 - in front of the Východočeské Theatre

Race regulations for the international Pardubice Wine Half-Marathon 2010:
Organizer
The main organizer of the Half-Marathon is the company Bujnoch s.r.o. , Czech Republic. The patronage of this event is held by Mr Jaroslav Deml the Mayor of Pardubice
The route
Route covers in the city centre 3 loops for the Half-Marathon and wheelchair race. Finish: at Pernstyn Square
Half Marathon length– the route has got AIMS and IAAF Certificates.
Each kilometer of the route will be marked.
Time measurement in Champion Chip – the official time is brutto.
Food, refreshment and control points:
Food points will be located every 5th km along the route.
Control points will be located along the route, also in Champion Chip system.
The Half Marathon route is closed for car traffic untill 15 p.m. (limit 3 hours)
Participation
In Wine Half Marathon Pardubice can participate people who are min. 15 years old by 17 th of April 2010.
In roller skating race can take part under – age participants only by a their parents' written agreement.
All competitors taking part in the WHM Pardubice 2010 and Roller skating and Wheelchair Race must be verified at the Marathon's Office. All participants must present their identification cards or passports and the start fee receipt while being verified.
Cloakrooms will be located in the ČEZ Arena (Ice Hockey Stadium). Participants must leave their possessions packed in bags marked with their start numbers at 8.00 – 11.00. Collecting bags will be possible only after presenting the start number. Losing the start number by a participant absolves the organizer from the responsibility of collecting the bag by any other person. The participants of the WHM as well as Roller skating and Wheelchair Race are obliged to adhere to the provisions of IAAF as well as these regulations.
Applications
Registration is open at the www.halfmarathon.cz or e-mail:miloka@volny.cz. The deadline for applications is on April 5 th, 2010. Applications will be accepted via the application form on the Internet page, exeptionaly in the Marathon's Office on application cards of WHM Pardubice (Pernstyn Square, Friday, April 16th,4-7p.m.).
Applications are valid after delivering by participants filled up application forms and coming in the organizer's bank account the fee of 20 EUR.

The fee once paid cannot be paid back which means that the applicants confirm that they are acquainted with the marathon's regualtions and they are ready to comply with them. At the same time they give their assent to process their personal data for the marathon's needs.

Friday, April 16th 16 - 19.00 at the Pernštýnské Square with accompanying program,
Saturday, April 17th 8 - 11.00 at the rear wing of the ice-hockey ČEZ Arena (free parking at the Labe river)
Classification
The following classification will be made in the WHM Pardubice :
Men
- Age 15 to 39 (born 1971 to 95)
- Age 40 to 49 (born 1961 to 70)
- Age 50 to 59 (born 1951 to 60)
- Age 60 to 69 (born 1941 to 50)
- Age 70 to 79 (born 1931 to 1940)
- Age 80 and over (born 1930 up)
Women
- Age 15 to 34 let (born 1976 to 95)
- Age 35 to 44 let (born 1966 to 75)
- Age 45 to 54 let (born 1956 to 65)
- Age 55 and over (born 1955 up)
Awards
The first 10 men and 5 women will be awarded in the prize money (according of premium list). The 11th to 15th place in the men category and 6 th place in the women category will be awarded in the material awards.
The first 3 runners in each category will be awarded in the material awards.
The honorable prizes – the absolute winners will receive the diploma and the bottle of wine, signed by President of the Czech Republic Mr Václav Klaus
All women and men who finish the Half-Marathon, will be granted a medal, T – shirt and bottle of Moravian wine.

Feeding
Race Party (including of tasting Moravian Wines) will take place on Friday, 16th of April at 6 p.m. at Pernstyn Square.
On Saturday, April 17th, after the Half Marathon at the finish point , Pernstyn Square, all participants will be given a meal and drink (including Czech beer and Moravian wine !)
